Wellness is a lifestyle, and I see myself as a wellness facilitator. Everyone has an amazing capacity to heal, transform and live fully; I simply support clients so that they can align with their own internal resources for optimal wellness.
Wellness has many facets - incorporating our physical, mental, and spiritual sides. A balance must be struck for optimal health and happiness. That balance is personal and unique to each one of us. I endeavour to help each client find that balance and connect with their authentic Self.
Our first appointment together generally takes a minimum of 90 minutes to allow for a thorough assessment of your issues and priorities. If it is your first experience with hypnotherapy, it may take a few sessions to learn and become comfortable with the process. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, and it is a learned skill.Â So with all of my techniques, I encourage clients to be patient with themselves throughout the process.
There is no magic bullet when it comes to therapy. All healing, change and regressions are journeysâ€¦and a journey of self-discovery may take time. Whether you are looking to manage weight or pain, stop smoking, overcome a fear or confront any concern, I encourage clients to allow at least 4 to 8 visits for best results. Past life regressions and spirit releasement work may also require multiple sessions. Usually this becomes apparent after your first visit. I offer my guidance and support. But the process is yours; you choose your level of commitment.
